19. Returns & Refunds

In line with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at hello@supersets.com.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We make every effort to process and deliver orders quickly. Estimated shipping times are:

Important: Shipping times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

21. Payments and Currencies

All transactions are processed in USD ($) via Stripe or PayPal. Your payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.
